I will be discussing habits that need to be formed in order to make that 'summer bod' more than a seasonal phenomenon; rather a lifestyle.This first edition will also include a cardio regimen and 5 workouts to follow, focusing on a "bodybuilder/weightlifter" approach that allow the body to facilitate weight loss, priming it for the second edition in which we will be exploring maintaining leanness by training like an athlete!
